Catastrophe Services

Our Catastrophe Division provides nationwide adjusting services for all types of residential and commercial property damage. Whether your loss results from wind, hail, earthquake, fire or flood - we are committed to the same high standards that you expect from our regular branch operations. Within hours of your initial call, our Crisis Response Team can supplement your existing staff or we can establish a remote claims facility. Our standardized procedures and reports provide you with a uniform approach to your excess adjusting needs.

Qualified Personnel - Our Personnel Evaluation System measures the expertise of several hundred independent multi-line adjusters. Each member of our team has been evaluated prior to a catastrophe. At the time of assignment, we staff only highly skilled catastrophe management personnel.

Well-Managed Operations - We ensure each operation is conducted in a professional manner. We are able monitor the status and thoroughly review each claim file through our state of the art Virtual Catastrophe Claims Management System.

Standardized Systems - Our State of the Art Virtual Catastrophe Claims Management System, which we refer to as the Littleton Virtual Adjusting System ("LVAS"), allows claims to be uploaded directly from the client and tracked in real time. Through LVAS, we can provide a myriad of reports that reflect real time loss information such as claim payments, reserves, average claim payments, etc. This data is available during and post catastrophe.
